All art can be purchased directly on the Artspan website using Paypal.
Simply add the art to the cart and proceed to checkout.
Your receipt will come from Paypal unless you purchase from the Artspan marketplace, where the receipt will come from them.
If you wish to purchase artwork from my Etsy shop, all communication and payment happens on the Etsy platform.
Artwork is shipped within 3 business days.
Art is protected, packaged and shipped flat in rigid cardboard.Artwork is insured.
Customers will receive a tracking number.
Returns are acceptable within 7 days. However, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition.
Please follow the exact steps below to be eligible for a refund.
1) Contact me.2) Returned art must be shipped in the original packaging and reinforced if necessary.
3) Photos are required before shipping and a tracking number must be provided.
4) Customer is responsible for packaging, shipping, insurance, and return import costs of the returned item.
5) Refunds will be issued once I receive the goods in good condition.
(PS. I have never had a refund request)
What to do if the package arrives damaged:
1) Take photos of the package before opening it. (Items inside may not be damaged.)
2) Take photos of the damaged artwork.
3) Contact me by email and attach the photos.
4) After contacting me, repackage the artwork in the original container and reinforce if necessary.
5) Ship the package with a tracking number that you send to me.
6) The customer will be reimbursed for return shipping costs plus the artwork, once I receive the package.
